BJ Services:
Fabrication of support stucture for the installation of 60 ton FAUN crane on offshore vessel(Sirpi Fjord). All materials and procedures to Bureau Veritas standards as the vessel is in BV class. Major modification to the hull of the vessel for the installation as per BV (Paris) design, drawings and calculations for vessel stability and loading.
The following quality assurance procedures were implemented:
BV welding procedure material quality certificates approved drawings BV and SGS certified welders Non destructive testing
The project was overseen by a BJ (Aberdeen) Project Engineer.

Transocean SedcoForex:
Design, engineering, certification, fabrication, and installation of Load cells (0-325,000 lbs) on 5 No.’s of Silo’s (Bentonite and Barite) on their drilling rig (Searex 6). The entire installation of the Load cells was completed on site without any dismantling or moving of the Silos and without the assistance of any heavy lifting equipment.
The following quality assurance procedures were implemented:

Clipper Marine Limited:
Complete design, fabrication and installation of a ‘H’ frame for their offshore Diving support/supply Vessel. The frame was prefabricated in our workshop to be utilized in a Vibrocore survey job for Chevron.

BJ Services Nig. Ltd:
Successfully executed the repair of two hules on the bottom hull of the vessel (Sirpi Fjord) using a dry habitat. A dry habitat was installed under each hule using divers and the affected area repaired while the vessel was in the water. The entire procedure was within international standards and was approved by Bureau Veritas. As a result BJ services were able to continue their contract with SPDC with minimum down time and without the additional expenditure of dry docking etc.

BJ Services Nig. Ltd:
Complete design, fabrication of Flow back Tank. All materials and procedures to Bureau Veritas. All welding done with certified welders (SGS ). Non destructive testing was carried out for critical welds.

BJ Services Nig. Ltd:
Modification of 150 ton Injector head Lift frame to install hydraulic winchreplacing smaller pneumatic winch. New base plate designed to enable lowering of injector head without deviation from geometric center of lift frame. All welding done with certified welders (SGS ). Non destructive testing was carried out for all welds.

Complete design, fabrication of three nos 350 barrels Storage Tanks for Cement Barge (JO571). Tanks fabricated in our workshop then transported to location and installed on Barge. All welding done with certified welders (SGS ). Non destructive testing was carried out for critical welds.

Fabrication of Offshore Skids/crashframes for 6 nos Ingersull Rand Compressors for FSO Bonga (SNEPCO). All materials and procedures to BS7072 standards. Frames designed to carry 12000 Kgs and load tested to 25,000 Kgs, and 100% MPI after load test The following quality assurance procedures were implemented:
Welding procedure material quality certificates. approved drawings. Certified welders. Non destructive testing. Load Test to 25 tons.

FRAZIMEX ENERGY SERVICES:
Complete refurbishment of Rig Searex XII according to scope as per ABS report. All works carried out according to ABS standards with ABS certified personnel, equipment and consumables in accordance to ABS certified procedures. Project completed in four months with no LTI.

Electrical Works
Complete electrical refurbishment of 4x2250kva G.M generator and Emergency generator (Alternator bearings changed, rotor & stator windings serviced, varnished, meggered for insulation, exciter diodes replaced & load tested) Complete electrical refurbishment of explosion proof motors for mud pump, winch, hydraulics, sea water & fresh water pumps. Renewal of Electrical cables, cable trays, contactors, breakers, fuses, all lightings and fittings.
